In 2015 the Race Of Champions is back in London, taking place on November 20-21 at the Stadium at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The former Olympic Stadium, the backdrop to some of the most memorable action of London 2012, is to be transformed into a cutting-edge track to stage the fastest race it has ever seen.
The Race Of Champions brings together some of the world’s greatest drivers from motor sport’s major disciplines – including Formula 1, World Rally, Le Mans, MotoGP and the X-Games – and sets them free to battle head-to-head in identical machinery.
The action-packed event is run over two days: first the ROC Nations Cup (on Friday November 20) when drivers pair up to chase the title of ‘World’s Fastest Nation’ in a knockout format. Then on Saturday November 21 it’s the Race Of Champions itself, when teamwork disappears and it’s a flat-out battle for individual glory.
Between races there’s non-stop entertainment to keep the crowds gripped with stunt shows, music and more. If you like action, noise and adrenaline-fuelled excitement, the Race Of Champions is the event for you.
Buy your tickets for ROC London 2015 between now and 11pm on Sunday June 21 from www.ticketmaster.co.uk/roc and you will enter a draw to win a ‘money-can’t buy’ experience: unique behind-the-scenes access for two people to meet participating champion drivers.*
