The new track takes shape

Two rollers were on the track today to pack down the tarmac

The top layer of asphalt offers little grip

1800 tons tarmac are piled on the underlay

Three graders are required to spread the underlay

Over 2 tons of underlay will be spread over the protection plates

The ROC circuit takes shape the Stade de France®

The underlay will be covered over by 2 layers of coating

This year with the new and more spectacular track layout the bridge is repositioned away from the middle of the track

The bridge starts to take shape

More elements of 100 tonne bridge come together

The cement walls are carefully laid down

The bridge is positioned with the help of a 50-tonne crane

The concrete pieces of the wall are just the start of the bridge to come

After the France-Argentina rugby match, the first layers of the circuit are laid on the hallowed Stade de France turf
